AI-enhanced Model Based Engineering for advancing the industry

The Typhoon HIL & SEPOC 2025 Simulation Challenge invites students, researchers, and professionals to develop innovative AI-based solutions for real-world power electronics and power systems applications. Participants will leverage Model-Based Engineering (MBE) and the TyphoonSim simulator to address complex problems such as control, fault detection, prediction, and optimization.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Develop and validate a solution for engineering problems using TyphoonSim and AI techniques (e.g., neural networks, ML, optimization)
• Use your own research or propose new solutions for any application covered by the SEPOC 2025 topics
• Demonstrate your approach through simulation, documentation, and a short video
• Compete for recognition and prizes during SEPOC 2025
