Guidelines for Presentation

Presentation Information

The 18th Seminar on Power Electronics and Control (SEPOC 2026) will be held entirely in person, bringing together researchers, students, professionals, and industry representatives to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and discuss the latest advances in power electronics, control, and related fields.

Remote or virtual presentations will not be available. Therefore, at least one author of each accepted paper must attend the conference in person and present the work in the assigned presentation format.

To ensure a high-quality and well-organized experience for all participants, please carefully follow the presentation guidelines below.

Oral Presentation Information

Each oral presentation will have a total duration of 15 minutes, including:

10 minutes for the presentation; and
5 minutes for questions and answers (Q&A).

Presenters are encouraged to use the widescreen format (16:9 aspect ratio) to make the best use of the projection screen, according to the template available in the RESOURCES (event website).

All presentations will be delivered using a conference laptop running Windows (PC). Individual laptops will not be accommodated during the sessions.

Presenters should bring their presentation on a USB flash drive compatible with Windows PCs and are kindly requested to upload and test their presentation on the conference computer before the beginning of their presentation session. Technical support will be available to assist presenters whenever necessary.

We encourage presenters to prepare clear, engaging, and visually effective presentations that stimulate discussion and facilitate the exchange of ideas with the audience.

Poster Presentation Information

Poster sessions are an essential part of the scientific experience at SEPOC 2026, providing excellent opportunities for direct interaction, meaningful discussions, networking, and collaboration.

Each poster session will have a total duration of 1 hour, allowing sufficient time for thoughtful discussions between authors and participants.

Posters must not exceed the following dimensions, according to the template available in the RESOURCES (event website):

120 cm (height) × 80 cm (width)

Poster boards will be provided by the organization and will accommodate posters up to these maximum dimensions. Posters exceeding this size will not be permitted.

We encourage poster presenters to remain close to their posters throughout the assigned session and to actively engage with participants. A poster presentation is a valuable opportunity to discuss your work in depth, receive feedback, establish new connections, and inspire future collaborations.
