SEPOC 2025 will be held from November 9–12, 2025 in Balneário Camboriú, SC, Brazil, at UNIVALI – Campus Balneário Camboriú, Building 7. The event will be conducted in hybrid format (in-person and online).

Early bird registration ends on September 30, 2025. Starting October 1, higher rates will apply.
Registration fees vary by category (undergraduate, graduate, IEEE member, non-member) and date. Discounts are available for students and IEEE members. Visit the registration page for full pricing details.

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email sepoc2025@univali.br as soon as possible. Note: Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
Yes. Selected sessions and presentations will be made available online after the conference for registered participants.
After completing your registration, contact sepoc2025@univali.br to request a visa support letter. Please include your full name, passport number, nationality, and institution affiliation.
Ensure that your IEEE membership number is correctly entered during registration. If issues persist, contact the organizing team via sepoc2025@univali.br.
Short Courses are included in the conference program. To attend, you must be registered for SEPOC 2025. Short Courses will take place throughout the week of SEPOC2025. Details will be provided in the final program and schedule.
Technical tours are included in the conference program. To attend, you must be registered for SEPOC 2025. Technical tours will take place throughout the week of SEPOC2025. Details will be provided in the final program and schedule.
Yes. Companions are welcome at social events such as the Welcome Cocktail (November 9) and Conference Dinner (November 11). Tickets can be purchased separately.
In-person attendees will receive their badges at the registration desk located at the entrance of Building 7 (UNIVALI – Balneário Camboriú Campus). Bring your confirmation email and ID for badge collection.
There are three submission categories, each with specific presentation and publication guidelines:
Yes. Full papers written in English and presented remotely are fully eligible for submission to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, provided they meet the formatting and copyright requirements.
Yes. Full papers submitted in English for IEEE publication must be presented in English during the conference.
However:
– Papers written in Portuguese may be presented in either Portuguese or English.
– Posters written in either language may be presented in Portuguese or English.
The organizing committee will support presenters with live translation assistance, if needed.
A receipt will be automatically generated upon completion of registration. You may also request one by emailing sepoc2025@univali.br.
