Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit full regular papers of their work. The conference will favor original papers, not previously published or copyrighted, which put in evidence partial or complete results on research areas listed in the Call for Papers.
Research papers written in English could be published in an IEEE proceedings volume and will be included in IEEE Xplore, or, an Manancial UFSM. High quality papers, written in English, may be considered for publication in IEEE IAS journals, subject to further rounds of review.
Research papers written in Portuguese could only be published in an Manancial UFSM. The 10 best papers, written in Portuguese, will be recommended for submission to the Brazilian Journal of Power Electronics of SOBRAEP (Brazilian Power Electronics Society).

A final version of accepted papers must be submitted according to the conference deadline, in accordance with reviewers’ suggestions. Moreover, in order to be published in the SEPOC 2024 proceedings, accepted papers must be presented during the conference and at least one author must be registered for a Professional Registration.
